If you want to get started on the brief application, you can do that here

You'll tap create an account, enter your name, email, phone number, and create a password. Check the box to agree with terms of service and then Register.

From there you'll receive an email from Lending Pad to activate your account. Once complete you can login and navigate through the application; here's what's required:
