2. Getting Clients On Board
Once your client is ready to move forward, you can confidently tell them how excited you are to show them homes once they've reviewed some numbers so you only show houses in that criteria. From there, the process is straightforward. We step in to show them what they are pre-approved for, along with monthly payment estimates and approximate closing costs.
